Dale Kaiser is a founding faculty member of the Department of Biochemistry at Stanford University School of Medicine. He arrived at Stanford in 1959, at the invitation of Arthur Kornberg, during the medical school’s move from San Francisco to Palo Alto. In this oral history, Kaiser reflects on the over sixty years he spent as a researcher and professor in the fields of biochemistry and developmental biology.
