  • Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and reception for the day you are registered. Parking is not included. If you are interested in purchasing a discounted event parking permit, please visit this page directly to make the purchase. Spaces are limited. Sales end on May 2.
  • Registration fees are not transferable and not refundable. If we are unable to hold the conference in-person on May 12-13 due to Santa Clara County public health guidelines, Stanford University guidelines, or other extenuating circumstances, our plan is to host the entire conference online. If the conference is moved online, a partial refund will be provided based on any reduction in actual expenses. If the conference is rescheduled, registrants will be notified of the new date and the updated fee policy. If the conference is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Any changes to the in-person format will be communicated as soon as possible.

A limited number of scholarships are available for undergraduate and graduate students. Priority will be given to college students who 1) are living in or attending college in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties; and 2) have a demonstrated interest in community history and/or historical preservation. Note that students are not required to apply for a scholarship; they are welcome to attend as paid registrants. Application is available here.
