The Stanford Historical Society Beyers Prize for Excellence in Historical Writing aims to increase awareness of the University’s history through the use of the University Archives and other sources. The prize includes a $500 cash award and membership in the Society. Submission deadline is 5 p.m. on Monday, April 5th, 2021.
The purpose of the Susan W. Schofield Oral History Award is to encourage oral history at Stanford University, to strengthen the collections of the Stanford Historical Society (SHS) and the Stanford Libraries, and to recognize excellent quality in oral history work. Nomination deadline is 5 p.m. on Monday, April 5th, 2021.
